Current release
Hallogens Builder stores application preferences, a small diagnostic log, cached Riot Data Dragon artwork and data, and at most 10 local match records. Match-V5 synchronization is optional and occurs only when the player presses Sync. Match records can contain game statistics, champion, item, trinket, and spell selections for the match participants.
Riot ID and Match-V5
During an active match, the app can autofill the active player's Riot ID from Riot's documented local Live Client Data interface. Remember my Riot ID on this PC is enabled by default and stores only the game name, tag line, and League server in the local application-data folder. Disabling it immediately removes those identity fields. A Riot ID is sent to the Hallogens Builder service only when the player presses Sync, where it resolves the account's PUUID and requests recent matches. The PUUID is not returned to or stored by the desktop app.
Include player Riot IDs in match details is a separate option that is off by default. When enabled, public Riot IDs supplied by Match-V5 are stored with their match so the user can identify or copy them. Those identifiers are removed when the match falls outside the newest-10 limit or local history is deleted. They are not logged or included in feedback reports.
The local history file is replaced on refresh and permanently limited to the newest 10 records. Older records are discarded immediately and are not archived.
Solo/Duo rank
During a detected Summoner's Rift game, the app can temporarily send the live lane opponent's public Riot ID to the protected Hallogens Builder service to request that account's current official Solo/Duo tier and division through Riot Account-V1 and League-V4. Bottom-lane views can request the opposing ADC and support together. Opponent Riot IDs, PUUIDs, and live rank results are not written to local files or logs.
Opening the team details for a stored Summoner's Rift match can request one current Solo/Duo rank snapshot for that match's participants. The response contains only participant position and neutral rank text. The snapshot is saved inside that match record, is labeled as the rank at lookup rather than the historical rank at game time, and is deleted when the record leaves the newest-10 limit or local history is cleared.
Information not included in reports
Riot IDs, PUUIDs, API keys, email addresses, Windows usernames, and local file paths are excluded from the app's copyable feedback report and diagnostic log. The production API key is stored only as a protected server-side secret and is not distributed with the Windows application.
Local control
The Past Matches & Privacy tab includes a button to delete the local match-history file. Uninstalling Hallogens Builder does not silently upload local data.
Network services
The app contacts Riot Data Dragon for current public game data and artwork, Riot's documented local Live Client Data interface while a game is running, and the Hallogens Builder Cloudflare service for recommendation configuration, official Riot API requests, and verified application updates.
